[Order] Your order 

Q - changes to your order

Unable to changes your order after the order has been placed. You may want to cancel your order and then place different order, if your order has not been processed. 

Q - check order status

Please log into your account and go to "My Account" to see history of your orders. Your tracking number and status of your shipment can be shown.

Q - payment options

Acceptable payment method: PayPal. Purchase orders, cash, check, gift card, money orders or any other payment method is not available.

Q - Cancel Order

It is possible to cancel your order only if the order hasn't been processed. If your item is ready to be shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

Please find the return policy if return or refund is necessary. 

 

[Delivery] Delivery

 

Q - Items are damaged

Please email at hello@serendi-int.com including your order number, your name and images of the damaged item. Your email will be reviewed and Serendi US Inc will contact you.

Q - Missing Item

If your order does not have tracking information, please email at hello@serendi-int.com.

Q - Order ship out

Your items normally will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after completion of your order. Your order will be processed only during the business days. 

Q - Wrong shipping address

You may change your shipping address only if shipping process is not completed. You may want to contact local post office or delivery company to change address.

Q - split order

It is not possible to split your order and ship to different shipping address. Please separate your order if your item needs to be shipped to different address.
